Roots 30 is a 30-day foundational program designed to help you build the discipline, habits, and mindset that transform your life. This isn't about hacks or shortcuts—it's about doing the work that matters.

1. Movement (30 min/day) Strength training, running, walking, rucking, martial arts—your choice. One mandatory recovery/mobility day per week.

2. Nutrition Hit protein + fiber targets based on your bodyweight (3-5 servings of 30g each, spaced throughout the day). Optional fat-loss variant included.

3. Hydration 16oz water within 30 minutes of waking. No caffeine before hydration.

4. Morning Rooting Practice (3+ min) Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation) + 3 personal mantras/affirmations.

5. Daily Deep Focus Practice (30 min) Choose ONE: Mental stillness practice, morning pages journaling, or deep reading/study.

6. Phone Boundaries No screens 30 minutes after waking or before bed. 3 emergency checks for the entire 30 days (or restart).

7. Sleep + Wake Cycle Wake within 30 minutes of sunrise. Maintain 8-hour minimum sleep window, every day.
